Our Commitment Beyond the Fair: Delivering South American Christmas Watch Orders on Schedule

As the 45th HKTDC Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair and the 14th Salon de TIME bring together watch industry professionals in Hong Kong, our team would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the organizers, exhibitors, buyers, and partners participating in this important annual industry event. The 2026 fair was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from September 1 to 5, while its Click2Match online business-matching platform remains available until September 12.hktdc+1

At JUMBO WATCH, we had originally considered participating in this year’s Hong Kong Watch & Clock Fair. As a manufacturer and supplier committed to international watch business, we value the opportunity that the fair provides for meeting global buyers, presenting new designs, and strengthening industry connections.

However, during this important period, our production and service teams have been fully focused on fulfilling Christmas-season orders for our South American customers. These orders involve production scheduling, component coordination, quality inspections, packaging confirmation, and shipment planning. With customers preparing for the year-end selling season, delivery timing is especially important.

Rather than dividing our attention between exhibition preparation and existing production commitments, we made the responsible decision to prioritize the orders already entrusted to us. Our priority is clear: to ensure that every confirmed order is manufactured according to approved requirements, inspected carefully, packed securely, and shipped on schedule.

For us, participating in an industry exhibition is valuable, but honoring commitments to existing customers is even more important. We believe that long-term partnerships are built through consistent quality, transparent communication, reliable production management, and dependable delivery—not only through meeting at a trade fair.

Our team remains actively available to connect with potential customers and industry partners online. Although we were unable to exhibit in person this year, we continue to welcome inquiries regarding OEM and ODM watch projects, customized watch designs, private-label production, packaging solutions, and long-term supply cooperation.

We look forward to participating in future industry events when our schedule allows.
